Yes. Rent can be collected via M-Pesa, Equity, Co-operative Bank and KCB, and every payment is recorded automatically against the right tenant and property.

Bomahut's plans are billed monthly in Kenyan Shillings by the number of units you manage: Basic is KES 2,500/month (5–20 units), Standard is KES 4,500/month (21–50 units), and Premium is KES 7,000/month (51–100 units). Larger portfolios use a custom Enterprise plan, and a free trial lets you test before paying.
