How do tenants pay rent to a landlord on Bomahut?
Tenants pay through M-Pesa, Equity, Co-operative Bank and KCB, and payments are recorded automatically, so landlords get clear, current balances along with automatic reminders and receipts.
Can a landlord manage multiple properties?
Yes. A landlord can manage several properties and units from one account on web, Android and iOS, each with its own records, balances and statements.
How much does Bomahut cost for landlords?
Bomahut's plans are billed monthly in Kenyan Shillings by the number of units you manage: Basic is KES 2,500/month (5–20 units), Standard is KES 4,500/month (21–50 units), and Premium is KES 7,000/month (51–100 units). Larger portfolios use a custom Enterprise plan, and a free trial lets you test before paying.
