The agreement will be for one year. The owner can renew the agreement for a second year if they wish. 99% of our customers renew year after year.
We will arrange a vendor inspection and get a quotation for the repair works. Only once the owner approves, we get the work done.
If the owner has any trusted vendor, we can go with them as well.
Yes. We consider the owner’s preference as a priority and suggest other options. The owner makes the final decision.
Bomahut conducts market research to identify the ideal rent. Our team will also ask for your input. We will advertise the property after consulting you.
No, we do not provide an assured time frame for renting out a property. But, we have an average turnaround period of 2 weeks to 2 months in most cases. It is in our interest to rent out the property as soon as possible.
Yes we take care of drafting the rental agreement and prepare it for signing by the owner and tenants. We have a standard draft to protect the owner's interest, but we can change the draft as per the owner’s suggestions.
